Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing pramkok@gmail.com from your registered email address. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
• Renewals: monthly and yearly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
• Payment taken twice or by mistake: always refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Advertising spend

Money you pay directly to Google, Meta or other ad platforms is between you and that platform and is not refunded by Doondo.
