Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pramodan Kokkodan, an individual based in Kannur District, Kerala, who runs Doondo ("Doondo", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them.

The service

Doondo provides AI-assisted SEO, advertising, content and reporting tools. Changes to your website, ads or social accounts are made only after your approval, unless you choose automatic approval for a task.

No guaranteed rankings

No one can guarantee a position on Google or any search engine. Rankings depend on search engines and competitors. We commit to the work described in your plan, not to a specific position.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, through Razorpay. The price shown is the final price.
• Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or other platforms and is separate from your plan. We never exceed the limits you set.
• You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct details and keep your account access secure.
• Have the right to the business, website and accounts you connect.
• Approve content only if it is accurate and lawful.
• Message only customers who have agreed to hear from you.

AI-generated content

AI can make mistakes. Content is shown to you for approval before publishing. You remain responsible for what you approve.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Kannur, Kerala have jurisdiction.
