Doondo is a digital software service. Nothing is shipped physically — every part of the service is delivered online, to the email address and WhatsApp number you give us.

What you receive and when

• Free SEO audit: shown on screen on our website within about 30 seconds of submitting the form.
• Paid plans: your account is active as soon as the payment succeeds. Your first business report is prepared automatically and sent to your email, normally within an hour. Weekly reports follow on the day stated in your plan, if you have allowed email reports.
• Work on your website, ads or profiles: proposed changes are sent to you for approval; approved changes are applied within the timelines shown in your dashboard.

If something doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. If your report or account access has not arrived within 24 hours of payment, email pramkok@gmail.com with the email address you used, and we will resolve it within 2 working days. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you will receive a full refund under our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
